The Tektronix 011-0065-00 is an Input RC Standardizer with BNC connectors for calibrating instruments with 1 MΩ // 12 pF BNC inputs. It must be connected directly to the instrument input connector.
It was superseded by the 067-0536-00 Input RC Normalizer, which is identical except for the name and part number.
There is no equivalent with UHF connectors. For instruments with UHF connectors, Tektronix recommends using the 011-0065-00 with a BNC to UHF adapter.
