The Tektronix TLS216 is a 500 MHz, 2 GS/s sixteen-channel digital scope with a color screen.

It contains four TDS640 acquisition chipset( ADG256C and ADG268), which is enhanced with 16 bit Patter-trigger. But, useablity is limited with proprietary probe and limited control of offset and position. It can controlling max 4 position and 4 offset for sixteen analog input. But control is not fixed to 4 analog input per groups. It can be one or sixteen per groups. Their acquisition is in comprasion with TDS640 really slow. (5 wfm/s).
