Hi Raymond, I have reverted your change of category on the Tektronix People category page. You see, the reason to categorize category pages is to create a taxonomy, or hierarchy of categories - Tektronix People are a sub-category of People. (oh and BTW thanks for fixing the nonsense from my iPad's spell corrector on the John Kobbe page that I had missed ...)
Hi Peter, Only now I just saw your msg from April 14th. I hope this reaches you and that this is a correct way of responding. I remembering doing the people category edit but probably didn't understand it. I fully trust you're right. --Raymond (talk) 08:34, 26 November 2015 (PST)
I made a mistake in a file name: I wrote "Figue" instead of "Figure". The file is used in subject "Oscilloscope Probes". Full name (without added underscores) is "ABCs of Probes - 60W-6053-8 01_04 Wrong picture in Figue 1-11-C.pdf". Not important but can I change it myself? I probably can't edit filename or (delete file and) create new one with correct name.
- Hi Raymond, the "Move" option will rename a file as well. --Peter (talk) 23:31, 26 August 2020 (PDT)
Thanks, Peter, that worked fine. The link in the article referring to the file was automatically corrected. I'm from a time when that sort of thing had to be taken care of separately.
