PAL Vectorscope Test Unit
Used to produce variable offset frequency color subcarrier (around 4.433619MHz) with controlled relationship to video HSYNC, as used in the PAL color television system.
An unusual choice of UHF connectors suggests it may have been developed early In Tektronix's production of their line of PAL Vectorscopes such as the 521A.
