The Tektronix P6206 is an active 10× FET probe with a Tekprobe SMA connector, compatible with Tektronix TDS 800 Series (TDS820,TDS840) scopes.

Specifications

The P6206 has a typical bandwidth of 1 GHz and an input impedance of 1 MΩ in parallel with 2 pF. The output must be terminated into 50 Ω.
