The Tektronix TRCP0300 is a 300 A, AC-only oscilloscope current probe based on a Rogowski coil.

The thin, flexible coil can easily be wrapped around test points such as the leg of a transistor.

Sister models TRCP0600 and TRCP3000 cover 600 A and 3000 A, respectively.
