7B52
The Tektronix 7B52 is a 100 MHz dual time base plug-in for 7000-series scopes. It was designed for the 7503 mainframe but is compatible with the entire series.
The 7B52 is similar to the 7B53A which is much more commonly found (main difference is the separate mode switch which is integrated into the time/Div switch in the 7B53A).

Operation
The 7B52 supports X−Y mode through the "Amplifier" setting of the Time/Div switch. The Trigger Source determines whether the X signal is taken from a verical plug-in via the internal trigger path or from the external trigger input.
A switch accessible through the side panel allows the user to select the delayed timebase trigger input − either the main trigger signal on pins A20/B20, or an auxiliary trigger signal supplied via pins A21/B21. The 7403N and 7503 mainframes supply the Left Vertical trigger signal on these pins. It is not known if other mainframes supply this signal, and the 7B52 is the only plug-in known to access this signal. (Any information welcome!)
