TDS620
The Tektronix TDS620A is a 500 MHz, 2 GS/s dual-channel digital storage scope with 2000 points maximum record length per channel.
The Tektronix TDS620B has 2.5 GS/s sample rate and 15,000 points maximum record length per channel.
It has Tekprobe BNC connectors on both input channels.
The quad-channel version is the TDS640.
