3D printed harmonica connector body replacements

Pin headers with 0.1" (2.54 mm) center distances are ubiquitous in electronics.

They were used in Tek equipment starting circa 1970, e.g. 7503.

The cable connector (see Patent US 3582863A) was sometimes called "harmonica connector".
