The Tektronix 067-0572-00/01 is a calibration fixture for normalizing sampling plug-ins that use S-series sampling heads.
The strobe input causes a Fairchild uL923 J-K flip-flop, part number 156-0012-00 in the 067-0572-01 to toggle between two states, which in turn drives the output signals to the scope.
The trigger output is produced by a 152-0140-01 tunnel diode.
