The 155-0012-00 is a Tek-made Z Axis Logic chip in a 16-pin DIP. Under control of the horizontal switch drive, it selects the beam intensity - A or A intensified by B. It also limits beam intensity at slow speeds to prevent CRT phosphor burn.
