The Tektronix 155-0025-00 is a custom chip for the 7000 series readout system, packaged in a 16-pin plastic DIP.
It is an analog read-only memory used as a Character Generator for code row 4, 10 prefixes (m μ n p X K M G T R).
The lowercase prefix letter "p" (pico) is also used as the greek "rho" (ρ), e.g. in the 7S12.
The chip was designed by Barrie Gilbert.
