The CC Systems A-7 is a "Panoramic Surveillance Receiver" in a TM515 mainframe.

It is apparently built around a Tektronix 1401 spectrum analyzer chassis with a custom mixer front-end extending the 1401's 1–500 MHz range to the 500–1000 and 1000–1500 MHz ranges.

The display section is a modified Tektronix MR500 monitor plug-in.
