The Tektronix P5200 is a high-voltage differential oscilloscope probe.
It has a BNC output connecting to a 1 MΩ scope input, and its own mains power adapter.

The P5200 has two switchable attenuations, 1:50 and 1:500. Scope readings are 100 mV/Div to 50 V/Div and 1 V/Div to 500 V/Div, respectively, for scope inputs of 2 mV/Div to 1 V/Div.
Common mode range is 1 kVRMS.
