The Tektronix P6075 is a 200 MHz ×10 passive voltage probe intended for use with a 475 oscilloscope. The cable is 6 feet long.
The P6075 is intended for use with an oscilloscope that has 20 pF input capacitance. It can be adjusted for correct compensation within a small range around 20 pF.
