The Tektronix 013-002 appears to be a triple 0-300 V, 20 mA power supply in the form 560-series plug-in, made by the DDD group inside of Tektronix who produced custom gadgets that Tek needed for its internal engineering use, primarily for the CRT engineering group. It is a Tek-designed and Tek-made plugin, but not something that was ever a product for sale.
