The Tektronix 013-002 is a triple 0-250 V, 18 mA two-quadrant power supply in the form of a 560-series plug-in, made by the DDD (Display Devices Development) group inside of Tektronix who produced custom gadgets that Tek needed for its internal engineering use, primarily for the CRT engineering group. It is a Tek-designed and Tek-made plugin, but not something that was ever a product for sale.
