The Tektronix P6040/CT-1 is a 35 kHz – 1 GHz current probe intended for sampling scopes.

• 015-0041-00 is the part number for the CT-1/P6040 combination
• 010-0133-00 is the part number for the P6040 alone
• 015-0040-00 is the part number for the CT-1 alone

The P6040 is an 18", 50 Ω cable with a GR-874 connector for the scope end (e.g. S-1, 3S6) and an SMB connector on the other end to connect to one of possibly several CT-1 transformers installed in a circuit to be tested.
