The Tektronix 155-0082-00 is a vertical output amplifier monolithic integrated circuit in a stud-mounted can. It consists of a M102 die and two discrete npn transistor dies 153-0637-00 assembled on a BeO substrate. Possible specimen for these transistors are Tek made D156 and D058, and Motorola 2N3866 and CTCE1-28.
