The Tektronix H672 (P/N 155-0182-00) is a Schottky diode shaper hybrid integrated circuit (thin film) in a Hypcon package, capable of creating pulses with 150ps risetime and less than 2% aberrations.
It is used in the 067-0587-02 calibration plug-in for the step response generator.
