The Tektronix 537 is a storage scope from the 500 series that never left the prototype stage. It was probably made in 1960 or 1961. It is likely that Orv Olson is the designer of the 537.

It is similar to a 531A, but with the following changes:

• replace the CRT with a Hughes Memotron CRT (→ Memotron data sheet)
• add some extra circuitry for the storage CRT
• remove the delay line

It uses the 120-120 power transformer.
