The Tektronix 5A22N is a single channel differential amplifier plug-in for 5000-series mainframes.

The differential amplifier design is a variant of the 1A7A circuit, also used with modifications in the 3A9, 7A22, AM502, and 5030/5031 (26A2 too?).

DC offset	±0.5 V @ 10 μV/Div to 50 mV/Div, ±50 V @ 100 mV/Div to 5 V/Div
