The 6CW4 (P/N 154-0323-00,154-0533-00) is a Nuvistor triode vacuum tube introduced in the late 1950s, originally designed for RF amplifier applications in TV and FM tuners. The 13CW4 (154-0533-00) is the same with a 13.5 V heater.
