The Motorola MCM6832 is a 2K×8 mask-programmable ROM monolithic integrated circuit used in a number of 4051 ROM packs.
The device required +5 V, –5 V, and +12 V to operate.
Pins 20 and 21 are Chip Select lines that can be H- or L-active depending on the custom content.
