The Mostek MK5007 (P/N 156-0409-00) is a four-decade BCD counter with latches and output multiplexer monolithic integrated circuit.
It was fabricated in an ion-implanted P-MOS process and needs a −12 V supply in addition to the +5 V rail. Maximum input frequency is 250 kHz.
