The Tektronix P6134C is a passive miniature 400 MHz ×10 scope probe for 1 MΩ // 12-18 pF scope inputs with a Tekprobe BNC connector designed for DSA600/11000-series scopes..
It shares accessories with many other Tektronix compact modular probes. Note that the P6134 predecessor is mechanically different, since it is a subminiature modular probes.
