The Tektronix P6137 is a passive miniature 400 MHz, 10× scope probe for 1 MΩ // 12-18 pF scope inputs, especially for 2400-series scopes (2432,2440,2445B,2465B,2467B etc).
It has a 10× readout pin, and shares accessories with many other Tektronix compact modular probes.
