The Tektronix T5641 (P/N 154-0565-00, 154-0565-01, 154-0737-00, 154-0737-01) is a split-screen, bistable direct-view storage CRT used in the 564B storage scope. It was designed by Bob Anderson.
The T5641 added an internal graticule to the T5640 tube that had been used in the 564.
T5641-200 (154-0565-00, P200 phosphor) is the standard tube, T5641-201 (154-0565-01, P201 phosphor) is used in the 564B Mod 08 for faster writing rate at the expense of 30% shorter tube life.
