The Tektronix TCA-1MEG is a buffer amplifier that provides a 1 MΩ input for scopes with TekConnect connectors.

The input side is Tekprobe BNC compatible (also accepts plain BNC connections or BNC with readout pin).

Bandwidth	DC to ≥500 MHz
Input Impedance	1 MΩ // 10 pF
Features	Bandwidth Limiting - Full/100 MHz/20 MHz Input Coupling - DC/AC/GND Includes P6139A probe (500 MHz ×10 passive)
