The Sylvania 5BG (P/N 154-0080-00,154-0081-00,154-0082-00,154-0083-00,154-0124-00) is a series of 5" CRTs (also manufactured by DuMont, ETC and others) whey were available with a variety of phosphors including P1, P2, P5, P7, P11, and P15, indicated by the suffix, e.g. 5BGP2 = P2.
The 5BGP2 is a replacement for the Tektronix T51P2A CRT for the 535.
Tek part numbers:

- 154-0083-00 = 5BGP11
