The Tektronix M071E  (P/N 155-0060-00,155-0060-01) is a channel selector amplifier monolithic integrated circuit (dual 500 MHz amplifier and multiplexer) circuit in a metal can. It uses the M071E die designed by Hans Springer in 1975.
