The Sony/Tektronix 323 is a 4 MHz portable single-trace oscilloscope, similar to the 324.
It was the first product of the Sony/Tektronix cooperation. Project manager was John Gates.
The 323 can be used as the CRT display for a 1501 TDR unit or a 1401 spectrum analyzer.
