Current ranges ±10-13 A to ±100 mA in 13 decade ranges
Resistance ranges 1 kΩ to 1014 Ω FS in 12 decade ranges
Charge ranges ±10-12 C to ±10-5 C in 8 decade ranges
Resolution 3½ digits (1999 counts); all nominal ranges have overrange capability to 1.999×
