Voltage ranges	±10 mV to ±100 V in decade ranges
Voltmeter input	> 2×10¹⁴ Ω // 20 pF
Current ranges	±10^-13 A to ±100 mA in 13 decade ranges
Resistance ranges	1 kΩ to 10¹⁴ Ω FS in 12 decade ranges
Charge ranges	±10^-12 C to ±10^-5 C in 8 decade ranges
Resolution	3½ digits (1999 counts); all nominal ranges have overrange capability to 1.999×
Connections	Input: 2-lug triaxial connector Output: Unity gain output, 4 mm binding posts (equal to input voltage within 20 ppm for output currents of 1 mA or less Internal BCD outputs for 6162 Isolated Output
Power	90-125 or 180-250 V_AC, 50-60 Hz, 9 W
Options	Model 6162 Isolated Output/Control provides isolated BCD outputs, remote controls, and remote programming lines
