The 2N5454  (P/N 151-1042-00) is a dual n-channel JFET in a 6-pin metal TO-71 can.

It is used in a number of 7000-series plug-ins including the 7B80 and 7B53A, as well as the 2213/2215/2235 and T912/T921/T922/T932/T935 scopes, and possibly others.
