The Tektronix 2706 is an external RF preselector for 1.8 GHz-class spectrum analyzers like the 2711 or 2712. It has seven bandpass filter steps covering the range from 9 kHz to 1000 MHz, and a high-pass filter covering the range from 1000 MHz to 1800 MHz. The filters can be selected by pushbutton or GPIB commands.
