The Tektronix TR503 is a tracking generator plug-in for the TM500 system.
It is intended to be used in conjunction with the 49X-series, 275X-series, and 279X-series spectrum analyzers.
The TR503 is similar to the TR502 except for the different oscillator and intermediate frequencies (see link).
