The 5814 (P/N 154-0054-00,154-0316-00) is a twin medium-μ triode vacuum tube. It is a high-rel version of the 12AU7 (ECC82) with increased heater current.
It has a 12.6 V, 175 mA center-tapped filament and a B9A (Noval) miniature 9-pin base. (The European E82CC high-rel version of the ECC82 has a 12.6 V, 150 mA center-tapped filament.)
