The Siliconix LD122  (P/N 156-2205-00) is a 4½ digit integrating ADC (analog section) monolithic integrated circuit in a 16-pin DIP. It is an improved version of the Siliconix LD120 with an added input amplifier. Like its predecessor, it is used together with a Siliconix LD121A that implements the digital section.
