The Tektronix P6022 is a 50-turn AC current probe for oscilloscopes. It can be used with the included passive termination box (011-0106-00), a type 134 current probe amplifier, or a 3A9 or 7A14 current probe amplifier scope plug-in.
Bandwidth is at least 200 MHz with the passive termination.
The sister model P6021 has lower bandwidth but also a lower LF cut-off frequency and higher peak current rating.
