The Tektronix DD501 is a digital delay plug-in for the TM500 system.
It provides "delay by events", producing a trigger output pulse after a selectable number (0 − 99,999) of input trigger events.
Key Specifications
Event count | 0 to 99,999 |
---|---|
Max. count rate | 80 MHz |
Insertion delay | ≤ 30 ns |
Recycle time | ≤ 25 ns |
Min. detectable pulse | ≥ 5 ns |
Input impedance | 1 MΩ // 20 pF |
Input sensitivity | 85 mVp-p up to 80 MHz, selectable + or − slope |
Trigger level | ± 1 V |
Trigger view output | ≥ 0.5 V |
Output | Events pulse width plus 6 ns or less, TTL level (<0.8 V / >2.0 V) into three standard TTL loads |
