The Tektronix 5B10N is a 1 μs (100 ns with magnifier) time base for 5000-series scopes.
Specifications
- sweep rates: 1 μs/div to 5 s/div
- sweep accuracy (unmagnified): 3% from 1 μs/div to 1 s/div, 4% at 2 s/div and 5 s/div
- internal triggering sensitivity: 0.4 div at 1 MHz, 0.6 div at 2 MHz
- external triggering sensitivity: 200 mV at 1 MHz, 200 mV (also) at 2 MHz
- external trigger input impedance: 1 MΩ in parallel with 70 pF
- external trigger maximum input voltage (DC + peak AC): 350 V
- external trigger level range: +5 V to -5 V
- external horizontal mode deflection factor: 50 mV/div and 500 mV/div, calibrated
- external horizontal mode bandwidth: DC to at least 1 MHz
- external horizontal mode input impedance: 1 MΩ in parallel with 70 pF
- external horizontal mode maximum input voltage (DC + peak AC): 350 V
