The Tektronix AWG5105 is a programmable arbitrary waveform generator plug-in for the TM5000 system.

Frequency range	1 μHz to 25 MHz
Waveshapes	Sine, Arbitrary, Square, Ramp, Triangle, White Noise, DC
Output	15 mV_p-p to 15 V_p-p (50 Ω), max. 30 V_p-p (OC)
Modulation	External AM (20 kHz Bandwidth
Waveform Memory	64k points / channel, 256k total waveform memory
Waveform Resolution	12 bits / 4095 points
ARB Risetime	<15 ns, 10% to 90% at full output amplitude
ARB Filters	Filter off 1.5 MHz 150 kHz 15 kHz 1.5 kHz
Max. ARB Clock	50 MHz
