The С8-21 (Cyrillic; latin transliteration S8-21) is a general-purpose 100 MHz analog storage scope made by the Soviet Research and Development Institute of Radio Measuring Instruments in Vilnius (present-day Lithuania)[1]. It is similar to the Tektronix 7623.
