Many Tektronix instruments provide power for active probes. There have been several distinct versions of probe power.

  • The 513 provides +225VDC, +6.3VDC, and a variable supply producing +15VDC to +150VDC.
  • The 517 and 128 provide +120VDC and +6.3VDC.
  • The 3S1 provides +100VDC and -12.2VDC.
  • The 4S1 provides +100VDC, -12.6VDC, and -25.2VDC.
