The Tektronix P6022 is an AC current probe for oscilloscopes.

Sensitivity	selectable, 1 mV/mA or 10 mV/mA
Bandwidth	(-3 dB with min. 300 MHz scope) at 1 mV/mA: 8.5 kHz to 100 MHz at 10 mV/mA: 935 Hz to 120 MHz
Maximum current	at 1 mV/mA: 6 A_p-p sine between 10 kHz and 10 MHz at 10 mV/mA: 6 A_p-p sine between 3 kHz and 10 MHz
