The Tektronix H2462 is a hybrid oscilloscope channel input module (attenuator and amplifier) implemented on a ceramic substrate.
The suffix letter (e.g. H2462G) indicates the module revision.
It has three differential outputs. The amplifier dies are M753 and M777.
