The Tektronix TLS216 is a 500 MHz, 2 GS/s sixteen-channel digital oscilloscope with a color screen. TLS216 can using as logic-analyzer with variable threshold-voltage (ECL & TTL) and mixed operation of logic-analyzer and digital oscilloscope.
It contains four TDS640 acquisition chipset( ADG256C and ADG268), which is enhanced with 16 bit Patter-trigger.
