The Tektronix P6033 (010-099, 010-0099-00) is a special probe designed to couple trigger signals to early sampling scopes (567, 661, 560 series samplers).

It achieves a 10:1 attenuation at a 1 kΩ:50 Ω impedance ratio through the use of a T-coil, foregoing LF and DC response.

Key Specifications

Attenuation  ×10
Frequency range 1.5 MHz to 300 MHz
Rise time 1.5 ns
Delay 10 ns
Input impedance 1 kΩ
Output to 50 Ω via GR-874 connector
Maximum voltage ±15 VDC or RMS, ±400 VDC when AC coupled
