The Tektronix P6033 (010-099, 010-0099-00) is a special probe designed to couple trigger signals to early sampling scopes (567, 661, 560 series samplers).
It achieves a 10:1 attenuation at a 1 kΩ:50 Ω impedance ratio through the use of a T-coil, foregoing LF and DC response.
