The Tektronix 7A16 is a single channel, 150 MHz (7A16A: 225 MHz) general-purpose vertical amplifier for 7000-series scopes.
The 7A16 was introduced in 1970 and superseded by the 7A16A in 1973.
The 7A16P is GPIB-programmable variant for digitizing mainframes.
