The Tektronix 067-0587-10 is a Calibration fixture / signal standardizer for 7000-series scopes. It has the same performance specifications as the 067-0587-02 but is modified for compatibility with the 7612D.

In the 067-0587-10, the signal coming from the PRETRIG OUT generates one trigger for each staircase signal when used with the TEST switch in the GAIN position. The 067-0587-02 generates a pre-trigger signal on the PRETRIG OUT connector while in any mode.
